Impressed by the imPRESS PRESS-ON Manicure Nails!!!!

So as you all know by now I was a recipient of the December VoxBox from Influenster.


The second thing I tried out of my VoxBox was the imPRESS PRESS-ON Nails. The color I received was the D100 Dancing Queen.

These nails are so pretty and bold. I immediately loved them and was ready to try them out. Now I am not really a fan of Press-On nails, but I decided to give them a try.

First I cleaned off my nails with the enclosed cleaner and then I let the nails dry.

I then started to put the nails on one by one making sure to press down firmly.

After I was done I could not believe how good the nails looked. You cannot tell that they are press on.

As you can see these nails look very good and they are lasting pretty good. Here is a picture of them from yesterday while I was at work.

So in all I love the nails. They are affordable and practical. They have 36 different choices in styles and colors. I would recommend them to any and everyone!!!!

Influenster December VoxBox

Hi Guys and Gals!!

Sooooo last month I joined Influenster. I signed up and waited to find out if I would get one of their much talked about VoxBox's.

Men & Women Who Cheat. Why????

I know this is an age long question. I guess no one will ever know the real reason. I have never cheated on my special someone, but I have been cheated on before. My definition of cheating is when your partner or spouse is giving someone else attention that is inappropriate. It can be emotional or physical. People have their own definition of what cheating is, but this is mine.

I was reading this article on Truthaboutdeception.com, and they listed these situations that most commonly lead to infidelity.

• Being close or interdependent on someone other than one’s spouse
• Being around someone who is sexually interested
• Spending a lot of time one-on-one with someone else
• Not feeling close or connected to one’s spouse (e.g., feeling lonely, being upset or angry with a spouse, etc.)
• Situations that create the sense of opportunity - the feeling that one will not get caught (e.g., meeting someone in private, out of town trips, etc.).
• Situations involving alcohol or drugs

Now, I can see how these situations can lead to someone cheating once, but what happens when a person continues to cheat over and over and over again. Now tell me! What is the reason that they cheat?

In my opinion, so many people take their commitments and promises very lightly. They don’t have any respect for their partner or spouse. They throw around the word love so loosely. But do they really love that person. I think not, maybe a strong like.

Cayla's 1'st Twist Out

Hey Diva's and Divo's

Recently I have embarked on a new journey. I am transitioning back to my natural hair. No more RELAXER's for me. I am also going to keep my daughter, Bra'Cayla's hair natural for as long as possible. Last night I conditioned her hair and put it in twist to do a 2 strand twist out. Here is a video with the results plus a few pictures.

Life!!!!

My 1'st Quickweave Wig 6/10/2011

Lately I have been embracing some new things in my life. From fashion to eating differently to getting closer to God! Well this week I tried something new with my hair. I was very nervous about doing this because I didn't want to waste my money.

I watched a couple of  YouTube videos and off I went to construct my very own wig.

The items I used were:
a black wig cap
a plastic shower cap
hair bonding glue
a eyebrow archer to split the tracks
and of course the hair (Sassy, Human Hair)

My 1'st Review!! Brunella Martin Shoes!!!

Hi Everyone

Last  week I was watching MsChanda's YouTube channel and she had on there a review of Brunella Shoes "The Riva Shoe". I loved that shoe and MsChanda stated all of the shoes were $20.00 + Shipping, but I was thinking there is no way I can get my size shoe for that price. It is very hard to find hot and sexy shoes in a size 11 that are sturdy and reasonably priced. Well boy was I wrong! I purchased the Blue Snake shoe and I am very pleased. The Start of a Brand New Me!!
