Good Morning Everyone
I hope you all had a great weekend. I certainly did. I just wanted to talk about what my family is doing right now. On February 20, 2012 I started my 1'st ever Beach Body Challenge (Hip Hop Abs). I switch out one meal a day with Shakeology and eat healthier food. The first week I lost 9 pounds and I am very excited about the program. I have a great coach Amber. I have a group of ladies who are in the challenge with me. They are wonderful and keep me motivated. So far I love everything about this challenge.
My husband is doing it with me also with the exception of the Shakeology. He has lost weight too.
